Sample test

!

This is a sample multiple-choice test, showing the score and marking of the selections made, and configurable comments on your total score.

You can add basic content, like this, between the introduction and the Questions section.

As cited in the sentence before the questions themselves, these questionnaires are provided for the user's information only, so Smallsite Design does not store results. If you want to record questionnaire results, you may want to use a third-party service that provides storage and statistical analysis.

Typical scenarios for these questionnaires are:
  1. a.As something you would get a reader of an article or category to do early on, so they realise what they do or don't know
  2. b.Including a link to a questionnare at the end of the learning notes for the last step of some procedures.

When a questionnaire has been completed, along with the total score and the marking for each question, a Comments upon the score section is displayed, where your custom text for each of your specified ranges of scores can be displayed.

Each comment has a contiguous range or quartile percentage, such as 0-100, 25-74 or 50-100, for which it will be displayed. Comments can include plain paragraphs, lists, images/figures and tables.

Experiment with answering the questions to see examples of different comments, showing the ranges used.
